What we take on

The regular contract, and why it costs less

Many companies call in a hurry once the state of things becomes visible. That is the most expensive way of doing it, because a deep clean takes several times as long as routine upkeep, and because a floor left too long eventually becomes soiled beyond recovery.

A regular visit — daily, three times a week or weekly depending on footfall — costs less per month and avoids catching up altogether. We set the rhythm, the zones and the hours together, outside your working hours if that suits.

One named contact, not a switchboard

This is what makes the difference day to day. You have one person who knows your premises, your access constraints and your hours. When something needs adjusting, you are not explaining your site again on every call.

The specification is written down: every zone, every frequency, every task. That is what lets you check objectively that the work has been done, rather than going on an impression.

We use the ranges of the Belgian group Christeyns, a growing share of which carries the EU Ecolabel. That is no small matter in occupied offices: better-formulated products mean fewer harsh smells and less residue on the surfaces your staff touch all day.
